Your tasks
- Independent work on CNC milling machines with TNC control from Heidenhain
- Creation and optimization of CNC programs directly on the controller and using SolidCAM
- Setting up and operating the machines and monitoring the production process
- Ensuring the quality of the manufactured parts through independent testing and documentation
- Support in the development and production of new prototypes
Our requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical profession, e.g. as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with CNC milling machines and the Heidenhain TNC control system
- Sound knowledge of programming with SolidCAM and directly on the controller
- High degree of independence and accuracy in working methods
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with precise components
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
